Audio Experiences

Welcome to my audio section! I'm also a self-taught musician and composer that first got into music by following synthesia tutorials on Youtube, then got into playing anime songs by ear, and then transcribing and writing scores on Musescore3 and Musescore4. I briefly used FL Studio for midi recording and a bit of electronics composition, but decided to stick to score writing as a hobby. My piano arrangements can be found on Youtube!

Game BGM(s)

Trader's Crossing

Composed in Musescore3 using built-in synthesizers for the first time. Designed to provoke an RPG tavern setting during design phase of Cybershift. Of course the outcome was changed during prototype with the shift to a more sci-fi theme. This piece still serves as one of my greatest experimental piece that I eventually want to use and improve in future games.

Hiding Seeker

Hiding Seeker was one of my first track that ends up being used in the final game production of Elucidate. As a more action-oriented shooter I wanted to pursue a more empowering approach to give the player a sense of thriller.

A Better Place

A track in honor of the story of my first visual novel, Beyond the Reflection. When I first wrote this piece, a big part of the score was following the concept of change, where I had the piano be the representative of the protagonist's heartbeat and the strings act in part of their feelings in combat with unexpectancy, or life changing moments. The pick-up of arpeggiated notes were meant to escalates the situation around the protagonist.

Daytime

A casual and cute approach to a very peaceful morning using a marimba.

Life of a Pet

Light-hearted theme for a light-hearted game about dogs running around in the office! This cute and simple track was written for Fetchquest to get the player right in the mood for some dog peeing action, and what to expect of the game's design, which was random, cute, and lots of dogs!

Light Years Apart

A grand and beautiful piece composed for an astronomical game about exploring planets alone. This was one of my early attempts to write an orchestration.

Strolling Along

In-game theme for Fetchquest to really nail-down the dog walking simulator. Cute, short, and fun approach with a different style!

Hobby & Experimental

Heist

An experimental piece for a first attempt electronic composition. Messed around with synthesizers and bass.

Besides You

An emotional piece written in an attempt for visualization. I wanted to rewrite the saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words.", into "A song is worth a thousand picture." by composing a song while looking at an image and see if I can replicate the visualization of the image through the feelings it invokes with sound.

Buried Story

Another attempt for an electronic composition, but this time trying to invoke a sense of spirituality, or ethereal feeling.

Rise

An old composition inspired by Fairy Tail.

Pain Inflicted Smile

A gentle, yet melancholic piece about reminiscing the past; a story of two childhood friends growing up together, but got separated due to one having developed cancer and passing away.

A Dark Room

An ambience experimental to try and capture an ominous, dark atmosphere.

Unreached Echos

An eerie, ominous BGM designed to assimilate dark RPG setting.
